This year in English I was really lacking in confidence. My marks were average, and I didn't feel confident in my abilities. I had always been a top English student but was struggling this year. When I started tutoring with AA tutors everything changed. The tutors are so friendly and knowledgeable, and really helped improve my confidence. My tutor was very supportive and helpful both in and out of lessons. The teachers are so passionate and go above an beyond to make sure every child's needs are met. When I opened my yearly exam paper and saw that I got 100% for both the short answer and essay question, I was shocked that my marks had been able to improve so much with less than a terms worth of tutoring. At prize giving, I was awarded 2nd place in English overall in my year, which is a huge achievement being at a top school.
